Stagnant. Can't muster the courage to send out applications for fear of an employer rejecting me on the basis of my mediocre academic career and lack of relevant job experience.

I started my job a few months ago. 2 months of 9-5 training was terrible and I cannot understand how people work the Monday to Friday grind their entire lives.
But now that's done I'm doing comfy shift work with plenty of paid breaks, days off and night shift is quiet enough that I can read on the job.

No job, no hope, slowly running out of money. I'm going to become a booktuber and try to get my novels published. Literature is all I have, all I enjoy, and all I've ever been good at. Luckily I don't need to worry about saving for retirement or anything like that.

Shitty entry level jobs want you to have multiple degrees, internships, stellar previous manager reviews, 5 years experience in the same job in the same industry, the personality of a television talk show host, and offer yourself body and soul to the company without worrying about the pay. I'd get mad but I'm just numb now, it really doesn't matter, what is money anyway? I'll find a way to eat and somewhere safe to sleep. They can take your apartment, possessions, dreams of travel and being /comfy/ and financially secure, but they can't repossess your mind. Money has no real power. There are so many levels of hell always left to fall through that you'll never reach any "rock bottom." There's always options as you lower your expectations. You're only suffering because you still somehow want to win the game they've set. Simply discard it and play your own game. We all end up in the same place, inevitably, and nothing else matters. Debt, assets, they're numbers on a ledger somewhere.

I've been looking for entry level IT jobs but they all want experience.

Very poorly then I had a nervous breakdown and had to stop. I'm on the mental mend now and I'll begin again soon.
It's really demoralizing to send out dozens of applications to entry-level jobs and never hear a single reply back.
