There are better places out there on the internet IRL too for discussing philosophy and literature. Seek them out and you can find them. The myth of "/lit/ is shit but it is the best place to discuss literature" is just that—a myth. I don't particularly like what this place has become, but i admit that i owe it a large debt for getting me into the /lit/erary lifestyle.
