I like the painting, the writing seems half baked. It seems like you want to transcend what it is possible to say with a book, but try and fit the writing into something that could be printed on a page. You don't need to. Use links, images, direct music. Let the book go, and write what you want to write in the way that makes most sense. Figure out how to collect it together after that. With the internet, two pages linked together can be a single work. Symbolism is a tool, not an end in and of itself. If you have to call out your symbol as a symbol why use it. Really cool stuff though, I'm happy to see I'm not totally crazy in seeing that books aren't enough to capture writing anymore.

What I'd like to do is make something that recreates and concentrates the feeling of being alive. I suppose that's what all artists strive for, but each does so in a different way.

One of the most important things for me is finding the perfect balance between chaos and order. Life, at times, seems totally random and accidental, but there are always those synchronistic moments that make you think that there's something more going on, something that, when you understand, brings everything into focus. Within the (seemingly apparent) chaos of what I've written, I want a pattern to emerge, which, although they are never fully resolved, give the reader a feeling of wonder.
There are plenty of themes that I deliberately and carefully worked into this piece of writing, some of which may only be apparent when one pays very close attention. But they are there.
