The umlaut sound doesn't really exist in English, it's hard to give a phonetic representation, but it's kind of like the "oo" sound with an upward inflection. Gooe-the. Sort of lift it up from the back of your throat as you're saying it, it'll sound kind of like an "r" in English. That's the best I can do as a native English speaker, sorry.
