For most of literary history, the women didn't receive anywhere near the same education as men did on average. There could have been many great female writers if they had, but there's no way to know.
I'll concede that it's likely they'll be more male literary geniuses, if only for the fact that while average IQ is the same among sexes, the extremes on both ends are usually men, but there's no need for gender essentialism, especially when we've already had high-tier female authors like Woolf.

One thing I've noticed about women is that intelligent women tend to take complex ideas and explain them in a straightforward way, whereas intelligent men tend to find complex ways to say things regardless of how complex or straightforward the idea is. So yeah, I love women and I can speak from personal experience when I say that they can impart some worldly wisdom that very few guys can impart. Are there women out there who are shitty people? Of course. Even so, that doesn't detract from the number of women who actually get their hands dirty and work as hard as any man to do their part-- That's one of many things I love about them.
