I think what they're trying to do is this: If you go to 4chan.org you'll have the entire list of boards available, but if you go to 4channel.org, you'll just have the SFW list available. Thus advertisers will think that 4channel.org is a SFW site. But if you access the SFW boards through either domain you're going to get the 4channel.org content, including the ads. So it's like a trick to get more advertisers. I could be wrong.

I might migrate if the anonymity, the extreme counter-culture persists and the only thing that changes is stricter enforcement on the prohibition of pornography .
