What I really don't understand about Vox Day is how clear it is that he's projecting his insecurities without his realizing what he's dong/saying. I don't know what it is about it- but when you look at the way he talks, the sound of his voice, his face, the way he moves around- it all SCREAMS insecure beta-male. So how does he attract an audience unless it's made of people who either can't see through it, look past it because they like what they hear, or have the same insecurities themselves.

I'm not a terribly successful person right now, and I'm not at all drowning in pussy- in fact you could say that I am rather insecure about it- but even I recognize that in him and I can't stand it. I have an Engineering Degree, I work out often, but I'm not very social. The only good thing VD may have done is inspire people to want to be nothing like him, and to get over their insecurities, so as to not be a VD.

Which is why it's frustrating to see people glad he's attacking JBP, because so far from what I can see JBP is just offering simple advice for people to improve themselves.

Though blame isn't inherited, traits often are. By all accounts, Vox Day does seem to be more manipulator than someone who produces. His alliance with Milo, is quite telling- as he is fine to throw his morals by the wayside when it is convenient or lucrative for him to do so.
