I know it’s shallow but I genuinely can’t be bothered to read Deleuze because his very appearance, dress, and stupid hats, as well as vague/broad summaries of his ideas, give me the impression of a fucking metrosexual leftist artsy hipster trying to pick up artsy hipster chicks and just way too happy about being an artsy hipster who’s read Joyce and Kafka (whom I’ve read and loved, don’t get me wrong) and made philosophical theories incorporating them and smashing the bourgeois and oppressive ways of thinking!!!! Have you read any of his books? Difference and Repetition is pretty neat to go through if you have undergraduate level understanding of mathematics, hell if you like math, philosophy is pretty neat to go through, albeit too excessive at times.
