I unironically dislike all the philosophy professors I've ever had. Especially the dept. chair, he's bitter, moody, patronizes the fuck out of everyone, has MLP figurines in his office, brandishes gnostic attire like rings and necklaces and shit; he probably posts here. In high school, it was this woman who was a passive-aggressive, condescending cunt who got fired after I left HS. Nothing remarkable about her other than that she was an asshole. In college, my Literature teacher was a super liberal guy who couldn't keep his political opinions to himself and recited nearly every cliche one could imagine about an SJW. He had us read absolute tripe from diversity quota authors. On the bright side, he made the class pretty easy. Other than that, all of my English teachers were good.

I don't really like a lot of the philosophy professors at my school. Some are cool people, but others are completely enamored with the idea of them being "philosophers". They all have seemed to study one philosopher in depth and read literally everything in the world through that philosopher's lens.

I attended a military university and we had this one super marxist professor who seemed to hate the military and everyone in the class. To this day I don't understand how he got hired or why he even wanted to work for an institution he clearly hated. If he wanted to change things from the inside he would have to do it more subtly because being a bitter cunt just turned everyone off of him.
