Work within the system. Just play 4-5 girls at once and never commit. While you're talking to one and ignoring the others, you're basically coming off as that cool dude who has other things to do rather than talk to the girl you're currently not talking to. Works pretty good. Girls are pretty malleable when it comes to their stances, especially if they miss their daddy, so if you play your cards right they'll behave as if they have no rights. So basically facilitate Muslim immigration by collaborating with leftists, converting yourself and then creating Islamic political parties and starting to take Muslim votes away from the leftists they're currently voting for. There is an enormous potential for parties that can represent Muslims and then start to undermine democracy by doing so.

Any opposition can be dismissed as racism and being illiberal by not allowing this oppressed minority political representation. Anyone but the far right will take your side on this out of fear of being politically incorrenct.

Then you also get into local councils and start subtly changing laws. More privileges around mosques, more acceptance for women to dress chastely, push back against sale and consumption of alcohol, the accessibility of halal options in chain restaurants et cetera. In areas with high enough Muslim populations the cultural norms will naturally start to feel enforced, women will stay inside more and more and become more obedient because they are opportunist creatures and always adhere to the side they think has the greatest chance of winning (for example opening their legs for the Nazis first and then for Allies a month later).

As you do all this good work for the Muslim community you will already be offered daughters of men you meet in the Mosque and at the café across the street after friday prayer. Groups love nothing more than a convert to their ranks so you will be a VIP in the community.
