It’s sure been a while, huh? The meet ups have been running on a mostly-weekly basis for a few months now with some breaks in between. We’ve shitposted irl, we’ve laughed, we’ve cried, we’ve said hellos and we’ve said goodbyes, but we’re still truckin along with this thing for better or worse.

Anyway, we figure it’s time to initiate some new blood. If you have any questions, hit us with those here.

If you find yourself morbidly interested, contact LITLANTA @ GMAIL and let’s continue to get /lit/. Everyone’s pretty easygoing and most are genial, so don’t be nervous about coming!

Note: If you’re a regular (or are on your way to becoming one) and you’re concerned because you haven’t gotten an email in a while, you’re not being neglected. We’ll reach out in the coming days. Probably.

Speaking as someone who's been to these they're a lot of fun. Some of the people are pretty smart and /lit/erary and others are are into genre trash so there's probably something for you

>> No.11262092

What do you guys talk about at meetings and how many usually show up?

I could guess who this is, but nescio

>>11262092

Well as a function of everyone getting to know each other better it's turned more into a social rather than a strictly literary group. If somebody wants to talk books we do, obviously, but we also talk about philosophy and language and everyday life shit. It just depends on what the mood is.
>how many usually show up
4 is pretty standard, but I'd say 5 or 6 is the average assuming schedules align.

Range is 18 to 34 with most being in their early-mid 20s.

I want to go on record as saying that was neither a true /atl/ general nor indicative of a typical meet up, that was the afterparty. Absolutely unofficial and absolutely fun. I remember you commenting by the way u lil bitch
