Meme comparison? I think /mu/ consistently has better memes, but once in a while we'll get a few OCs that are gold. As far as wasting time on both boards are trash but you're more likely to find a good thread here. The /clas/ threads on mu are usually pretty good though.

Schneider is definitely better than Scaruffi in every way, but he isn't a meme. Scaruffi was absorbed into /mu/ culture while Schneider remains a pleasure for a few enlightened individuals. Schneider absolutely despises the meme trilogy, and has written a meme trilogy of his own (and /lit/ doesn't know or read), while you see traces of Scaruffi on K-pop threads on /mu/ and their top 100.

/lit/ is better for discussing philosophy than fiction.
/mu/ isn't good for anything.

I bought the new book. It's not as good as the consumer. Consumer feels old and authentic. This one feels unconfident and unlabored over. Very bare bones. Some decent stuff in there but nothing that makes you do much more then go "huh girl sure needs therapy". Some of the stuff in the consumer is actually kinda beautiful and otherworldly.
