I read because I am so lonely and use books to placate the void of interaction. I visited the town of Shakespeare's birthplace and for a second locked eyes with a beautiful girl who seemed to smile towards me which made my heart physically ache.

I experienced physical heart ache when the girl I loved most began to hate me. Really weird that the heart truly is affected by love. The pains randomly happened for 2-3 years afterwards when I would think of her but have stopped now.

If you're asking for help to get love and stop being a lonely beta I'd say focus on religion, self help and philosophy books only and keep your computer and phone turned off. You'll become more productive and healthier than you've ever been and that confidence will give you everything you need to get a girl interested in you.

This is the truest statement ever. I recently stopped using my computer for any tasks that were not a necessity. I sleep better, I have more time to do useful things, my chores get done, and I'm just generally happier with my day-to-day life.
