peterson and hitchens were spawned out of vats in a Mossad compound somewhere. Their mission: to deceive the whiteman with neocon Trotskyite ZOG a gandas. Kill yourself on war for Israel. Russia is the enemy. Accept atomized liberalism as your future. Do not defend your own interests and don't worry about Jewish power, they deserve it for being smarter than everyone.

I don't believe that people, even jews, are connected and organized enough for some of this conspiracy theory shit, but sometimes I do wonder if there are different gods for the jewish and christian peoples, and the progression of world events reflects their comparative strength and willful planning. In that case I just hope Christian, western God prevails and kicks Jewish gods hook nosed heeb ass

I don't think he'd have any interesting opinion on peterson. Peterson isn't really an interesting guy. He won a debate with a literal brainlet and the girl he debated just happened to be retarded enough and confident enough to post the whole debate on tv. If anything it just says what we're dealing with. I don't know why the left would admit this, it's the only thing in their power.
They argue beauty over truth and they'd be better served hiding this fact from the population and manipulating sex to generate a rush towards beauty. Both are liberating just one is more stupid.

Hitchens turned into a rw jew after he found out his ancestry and was offended by the 9/11 attacks. If you're interested in Hitchens opinion of anyone you can, ironically, get the same opinions from Kissinger.

>as a psychologist I assume he’s good at his job, as a writer he isn’t as much prolific as he is a rambling apologist. He connects religious myth to the mind of civilization with so much gusto you’d believe him to be the reincarnation of Dante. So fundamentally he normally wouldn’t be much of an interesting figure for the general population, but for some reason young men seem to find his message, if you can call it that, a life changing experience. The only thing I can tell you about that is that your parents told you to clean your room and you scoffed at them, but when an anti sjw Canadian professor tells you to do it it’s wisdom.

Duh, obviously

To say "I believe in God" is equivalent, in some sense, to say "my thought is ultimately coherent, but predicated on an axiom (as my thought is also incomplete, so I must take something on faith)."

To say "I don't believe in God" is therefore to say "no axiom outside my thought is necessary" or "the necessary axiom outside my thought is not real." The consequence of this statement is that God himself unravels, then the state unravels, then the family unravels, and then the self itself unravels.

To stem this unraveling with false certainty: that is totalitarianism. To speed it along is nihilism. We experimented with totalitarianism in the twentieth century, as an alternative to the ultimate axiom of faith in the unknowable and unspeakable. Totalitarianism failed. Now we will have to experiment to nihilism. This experiment, led by the resentful, will also fail, and it is as doubtful that we can survive it as it was that we could survive totalitarianism.

He would have liked him. Hitchens and his brother were raised in a conservative boarding school. JBP is probably sufficiently well read to impress CH, but not a good enough speaker.

What a refreshing article. Those I talk to about Peterson always prematurely accuse me of being an SJW because I'm not enthused about his work. It's nice to agree with Peter on something.

They're both just talking heads. I've never read a single line from Peterson that changed my perspective on the world or gave a fresh perspective on the world.

However, I suppose he might be a good gateway to other interesting thought for the uninitiated.

The ignorance in this post suggests to me that it's pure bait. I'll respond nonetheless.

>Hitchens turned into a RW jew after he found his ancestry.

He found in his ancestry in 1973 or thereabouts. Didn't become anything resembling RW until the Salman Rushdie affair in 1989, and then the Gulf War in 1991. 9/11 and Iraq were the third or fourth strike in that direction.

>shares many opinions with Kissinger

That must be why he wrote a book about why Kissinger deserves to be imprisoned for war crimes. And that's why he despises Kissinger more than more public figures.

The question and how different people try to answer it can provide useful insights and different perspectives about historical figures. I think it's actually a very useful and interesting exercise, as long as every one doesn't resort to gross oversimplifying, such as "he's an atheist so he's automatically trash."

Would you feel the same if someone asked, "What would James Madison think about the civil rights movement?" or something comparable? Because to me, that would be one of many useful angles from which to look at a political issue.

Hitchens was wrong about a lot, but I have more than enough respect for him to think he'd see Peterson for the joke he is. Like an anime villain who teams up with you to take on a newer, much worse villain.
