Am I getting filtered or is this really just a book about nothing?

as an isolated, borderline agoraphobic, NEET, this book is blowing my mind. I can't read more than 20 minutes or so at a time because I have to sit and think about it. It's beautiful, liberating, horrifying and claustrophobic at the same time. I actually found it on an 'incel books' thread on /lit.

anyway, I've never read anything like this, so what are some other books with similar themes?

hey, I was about to post the exact same question since I really want to get more into poetry. I've read some books (mostly from Portuguese authors), but nothing very substantial. I really love to decipher poems, especially ones with abstract thoughts and surrealism, but really have no idea where to start
