Aaaaaaand I'm finished. Well this definitely had the most female warriors I've ever read in a book before and even though I still have a difficult time imagining some of the feats these ladies performed in combat and battle... it was a good enough story overall that I didn't really care by the end. All the main characters ended up being likable (no heroes and villains in the traditional sense), the story was compelling, the action was of course fantastic being gritty and visceral and believable, and the world-building with the Amazon culture/society was especially great.

Currently reading this. Not really fantasy, but I like these historical fictions that take place in "fantastical" times or use those kinds of characters (like Cornwell's Warlord Chronicles).
