Fritz Leiber's Fafhrd and GRay Mouser stories have a lot of sword fights. Fritz was a keen fencer so the choreography feels well observed.

Howard's Conan has a lot of fights, but they're more brutal. His violent scenes hold up well and I think this was his strength as a writer.

If you're into magic swords, Michael Moorcock's sentient Stormbringer is a lot like something from an anime or videogame, lots of shrieking and clanging displays of soul-sucking energy.
