No one can give you an answer. You have to find out for yourself. For me its as simple as hiking or taking long solitary walks, particularly up mountains. No amount of philosophical reading and religious practice meant anything comparatively. But perhaps for you it will, there are probably millions of paths but only a few for you individually. I've heard that humans scientifically need social interaction in order to stay healthy (and even survive apparently), any books about overcoming the need for social interaction?
