I find it funny that Honoré de Balzac is here, since Lily of the Valley, a romantic book that is very dear to me, depicted the main woman as righteous and intelligent. I suppose I would have to read more of his work to see if anything he wrote is more "based". Also am open to any recommendations of his work if anyone as one.

Ever since I started thinking about I cant seem to escape it. It's the thought that EVERYONE is probably carrying a massive turd in their intestines at this very moment. Everyone someone sees, loves, smiles at and interacts with on daily basis is a moving, thinking, breathing, and feeling - quite literal - sack of shit.

I have had a hard time looking at attractive women, because of this. I see them and know that lurking underneath their torso and a few inches of flesh and fat is a big, stinky log of last night's formerly "for-the-gram" meal digesting in her gut and ready to be blasted out of her bowels and into the confined space of a bacteria laden toilet bowl.

I think part of the problem is that "BRAAAAAP" posting has left me fixated on the thought of a girl's anus and the implications the expression of air through the asshole has on the movement of poo through the intestines. Ultimately, it is the comparison of a nice ass being the facilitator of such an unholy act that I think has led me to this mental affliction.

I tallied up all my stories from the past 3 years and I've written 583k words in that time. That comes up to around 580 words a day.
How many more do I need to write to get good? Do I need to hit 1 million?

Chapter 40 will be the end of the book. Once it's finished, I'll have a complete first draft. Then I can start editing. I have never really done this before. So far the only really meaningful change I've come up with is combining to side characters into one so instead of two mostly superfluous characters I have one who actually plays enough of a role to justify his existence. This requires rewriting some sections and I've got that all figured out.
No clue what I'm going to do after that, though. The simple editing passes of looking for mistakes, repetitons of information, of breaking up paragraphs and making sentences clearer is standard stuff, but it's not really enough to make a book good, that's the bare minimum.
I'm very much satisfied with my structure. I had an outline, I followed it and it won't be necessary to move any events around, they're exactly where they need to be.

Is there any belief system more depressing than materialist atheism?

>you are a cosmic accident
>and so is everyone else you ever knew or loved
>your life has no purpose
>your have no objective value
>God is a fairy tale
>love is a chemical
>free will itself is an illusion

thankfully there isn't an afterlife

Need help remembering which dialogue was that Socrates said that exesive flattering to the love one makes her more distant and difficult to get and also that beautiful people that get many compliments turn egocentric due of it.
Was it Hippias? The Symposium? Phaedrus?

The inside of the vagina is most sensitive in the first couple inches deep. That's more than enough to make her climax. You don't need a ten inch cock to make women come. You don't even need them aroused or anything like that either--women (and men) have climaxed while being fucking raped. It's just a result of stimulation. The idea that the female orgasm is this mysterious thing that mother nature intentionally made difficult to achieve is ludicrous.

>just write it down with a pencil on the back of an envelope and misplace it
>find it and check how things went
>one manuscript is 8k words behind schedule, the other 22k words behind schedule
In my defense I did write a 19.5k words novella (novelette? whatever) so that accounts for some of the lost time but goddamn I have no discipline
Don't be like me, bros. Write every day. No excuses.

A giant fucking hole mysteriously appears in the land of 4chan, and it looks like something came the fuck out of it. First anons start disappearing and then a power pole gets mysteriously knocked down. The jannies send a line crew to fix it and they will disappear. The jannies will send someone out to investigate and they will find the wrecked utility truck and see bloody smears but no body.

Then an anon named Wojak comes because he began picking up strange radioactive signals with seismic activity. While he is at the scene of the utility workers death he notices a strange fat greasy substance that emits low level radiation that has never before been seen. His smart scientist friend Apu created a tracking device that sniffs for this particular radioactive element. Meanwhile the fat begins showing up at areas that have somehow been horribly destroyed, but no one ever notices the fat until after it happened.

They create a big map of the occurrences and it looks like it's heading towards /biz/. Within a few minutes his scientist friend Apu says let's deploy this truck load of sensors that we have, in a line across its path and quickly hook them up to this computer software that will track their signals on our occurrence map.

While all of this is going on the jannies are talking amongst themselves saying it must be a dirty /biz/ trick by a Bobo to destroy 4chan. They say if it reaches the state of /biz/ they will trap it there and ban everyone there.

In the meantime the signals on the fucking map have been going off like crazy. Wojak sees a pattern and goes to head whatever the fuck it is off.

>perfect distance from earth for solar eclipse.

Each of these things occurring is literally astronomically improbable. Combining them together makes our Moon so improbable a thing that the only rational explanation for it is that either God or Aliens simply put it there.

It's chewy and tough like an overcooked steak and I think it's because, like others have said, you're working on your english. Have someone fluent in english (preferably educated in the Arts and Humanities - philosophy, history, english) look it over. Bonus if you can bag an art-heaux
Also, you really should make reading a habit. It will help add clarity and organization to your writing.
Overall, it needs polish, but I think you've got something interesting to work with.

Statistics time!
Last year I wrote my first manuscript. It took me eight months to write the first draft, which I finished in August. It was 140k words long and of course shrank considerably in editing.
In the eight months since then, I've written 92k words of short fiction, 28k words for a second novel and 20k for a third, which comes up to the same 140k. Thus my daily word count comes to around 580 words a day, consistently for over a year.
I may suck but I'm trying and I will keep trying. You can keep trying too.

>shit any 8th grader with an IQ over 100 has pondered
I didn't say it was the fucking Bhagavad Gita or anything. It was Tolkien just expressing his (Catholic) theological beliefs.

>Anything of substance in the books is so absurdly diluted by hundreds upon hundreds of pages of...
Even in those moments there is a bit more than "there was river they had to cross" and "said Aragorn, son of Arathorn, King of Gondor, Ranger of the North, known also by some as Strider, who also fucked an elf" due to the philological (not philosophy, I mean the study of language) depth in the words he chose, keeping them authentically archaic, which adds to the books in their pursuit of being an imaginary mythology. The word 'doom', for example, does not mean someone is about to die, it instead is a word iirc meaning something along the lines of a King's judgement or something. Mount Doom, the volcano, would instead be called 'the mountain of fate' in regular english. And all the walking and such is actually necessary in a series of books like this because of the realism that it lends to it, which is both intentional and vital to what makes the lord of the rings the lord of the rings.

A thing with these books obviously is they're simply not for everyone. Some will find it beautiful, others find it dull, and further others get angry about it. A lot of the enjoyment comes from the intuition instead of the intellect. Later on in Tolkien's life, he came to the correct conclusion that 'Orc' should have been spelled 'Ork'. If this means anything to you, you would like the books.

If there were anime at that level of quality I would definitely watch it, btw.

The pessimist sees some glass of water half empty, and the optimist sees that glass of water half filled. They do not argue about the amount of water in the glass at all, however. The only difference is that one of them is happy and the other is thirsty.

I believe being dominated opens up the vaginal canal during intercourse causing an intense rush of pre-pregnancy ejaculate which, so it is thought, increases the facilitation of semen uptake, while also lubricating the fallopian tubes and causing a tingle in the ovaries. Clitoral stimulation being the external force which drives further pleasure and an intense need for more rapid insertion over the length of sexual intercourse. Black men, according to studies conducted at a number of top universities including: Harvard, Oxford and MIT, show more aggression and better ability to sustain the momentum, both internally and externally, needed to bring women (especially white) to these critical moments before conception.
