At what age is the youngest one can read Goethe? Given a good understanding and reading of Western philosophy/literature(and of course well read in various other fields) up until the Storm unst Drang movement.

To be clear, I'm not saying the best age but the youngest age.

At best I just have sudden intuits of phrases, paragraphs and ideas but have never tried to continue them. What is the natural progress of a writer, both throughout life as well as the actual process of creation.
