The major book would be "The world as will and representation".

Pic unrelated, but let's be honest: who doesn't love Schopenhauer?

Okay so I have a bunch of philosophy books like /lit/ told me. Got Myth of Sysphus, Thus Spake Zaruthustra, The Republic, and The World as Will and Representation. Starting with the last since it seems the most interesting. Give me pro tips on how to read philosophy. I'm a few chapters into Schopenhauer's book and it's good and interesting, though he seems to use a lot of sentences to get to a basic point. Is there anything I should be doing to better understand and internalize what I'm reading?
