so screw the short story commitment, long past that now.
here me out:
i'm going to buy your "ancestral home" (i literally can't believe you even call it that, i'm sure it was a real buckingham) and give it, for free, to a deserving underprivleged black family.
but here's the catch. your name will forever be on the property.
THUS i will gift you the preservation of your "grandfathers" namesake into the halls of eternity--but only through the black family that really we all know stole it from you.

truth be told i pity you. i know you don't want my pity, but damn man, losing your house? sounds rough.

i'll start: a teenager once becoming sexaully active develops massive crushes on girls to the point of creepiness. he tells his mom everything, every detail about the girls, every feeling he has. his mom pressures him to ask them out but he gets rejected every time. hes not a bad looking kid, hes actually quite handsome its just his general creepiness/autism keeps people away. anyways these rejections destroy him and his whole life revolves around the female gender. it'd be in third person but with a general bias towards the mom and her thoughts as she wonders where she fucked up and if she should send him to college cause she fears he might rape someone or something because of how sexually frustrated and easily infatuated he is. it would be just her weighing out whether its a positive or a negative thing and the other bit of the story would just be following the kid around and having him be constantly embarrassed by his failure. he never meets someone, at least in the confines of the short story.
