Great story, I finished nine stories not too long ago. I really loved "For Esmé—with Love and Squalor" as well.

Have you ever watched the movie Synecdoche, New York? If not then I recommend it. It's kind of like a movie length premise of that short story but with more depressing and artistic hijinks.

Pic related for me. The sheer complexity and scale of the film are genuinely astounding, I was actually in awe of it. I'd never seen anything quite like it before, and I think it will go down in time as a masterpiece.

So what's the most /lit/-worthy film you've ever seen?

What is the literary equivalent of Synecdoche, New York?
