The thing is, I didn't feel like I wrote provocatively in the first place. Which is why I was so shocked. I really think it had to do something with her being pregnant. I guess it was just my dumbass not writing for the audience (pregnant professor in this case it seems).

After the class, I got a few good comments as we were walking out. I wish I had the balls at the time to ask her to continue my review with my peers...

Not saying my story is some worthy shit... I just was really looking forward to the feedback from everyone else and I just didn't get it. When I would review other people's stories, I'd leave comments and my reactions everywhere and that's what I thought I'd get too. :(
