I get lost in thoughts while reading, so lowering my awareness of the surroundings helps me focus on a single thing at a time.

I can imagine that I would also drink while writing thought since I find the task tedious in itself and words flow more naturally.
I wouldn't drink during the revision work , that's for sure.

Can /lit/ help me decide which of my books I should take to college with me?

I already have these books and I need to read them. It'll be my junior year as a chemistry major, it'll be a tough year but I know there will be times I'm just buzzed out of chemistry and will want to switch topics. The choices are arranged into groups, generally I want to take the group as a whole to be a general theme, but if you think certain books from different groups would be a better match, then feel free to mix and match.

What is the greatest book just in the terms of plot?
Do you generally think that a good plot requires a certain amount of complexity to be labelled good, or is the key just well executed simplicity?
