How can I be satisfied with my fictional universe (for science fiction story)? I just can't be content with the universe of my story, and I spend way more time on mentally developing the universe than actually thinking up the plot details. I just want the universe to fit my sense of aesthetics, and it's almost as if I'm just writing the story in order to give the universe a physical form outside my head.
