Are there any counter arguments to them? Every time I see them debate it always devolves into; however long the debate lasts, "you're just presupposing x and y!!1! y-you can't do that!".

Why can't I presuppose logic in order to subscribe to Rationalism but seems to me they're presupposing a God to prove God. Why is circularity bad when everyone else does it but not when a Christian presuppositionalist does it? What am I missing? In my gut it seems stupid but i'm too much of a mental midget to counter their arguments.

There will never be a scientific explanation for the existence of the universe without invoking qualities of God. Just because man-made religions aren't 100% accurate doesn't mean God doesn't exist.
