I think Aristotle was probably pretty smart, and no one can deny his influence on the world. My problem is how he as come to dominate the Christian conversation. I don't understand how Aquinas and most of the Church Fathers saw Aristotle and the Neoplatonics as valuable to Christianity.

You've revealed the precise problem. A good authour has a way with words. He doesn't. Therefore, he's not a good authour.

World building is quantity of writing, not quality, which he is too lazy to even keep up with.

Every political "faction" is nearly identical. If theyre not identical, theyre stereotypical and one dimensional, "muh honor ", "muh money", we wuz mongols n shieet.

Character development is a farce. You never learn how the characters "grow", only "what happens to them". This is because they are stale templates who have the same kind of one dimensional beliefs as the factions. Characters are often written into a hole (in the ground).

Furthermore, this fat lazy fuck has stopped writing because the plot got spoiled. Absolutely pathetic. He knows his entire series hangs not on good writing, prose, or even good plot development , but simply on withholding information from an audience marketed to have emotional investment in his pulp-tier fiction.

I hope he dies of a heart attack, and soon.
