What does it mean when someone says 'love is metaphysical' or use metaphysical in this kind of way? Does it just mean spiritual?

Are their any books that explain why the Gnostics believed in the demiurge or even God? Like apologetics but for gnosticism?

How do you get published in philosophy and make sure academia sees it? i'm talking serious metaphysics, not a 'quirky examination' or self-help book thats self published on amazon.

I have never enjoyed a single work of fiction. I don't enjoy reading unless it's an ancient text. I feel like nobody knows how to write properly and even when I theorize in my head what good writing looks like I can seldom find it in books.

What are some objectively good and enjoyable novels?

Who are the greatest writers of all time? I want to know someone who writes to a level that is deemed impossible for even a good writer to do. Explain your choices too. It's all too easy to say 'Shakespeare' because he's 'popular'.

How do I get over the feeling that art is subjective? Especially literature. There is no qualitative way to determine whether a poem is 'good' or not. You can only say what it is.

Feels like 'enlightenment' is really just dying before you are dead, joining the 'void' according to Buddhists. Any books that present a more positive side?
