It's a pointless endeavor....... It's baseless... It's a baseless begin, it's a baseless end. Flung into a groundless ground..... Just an eternal return of a fortuitous event... that is itself within a series of copies of no centrality, completely outside of any foundations, of any internal logic just pure hyper chaos forever, or maybe not forever. Anything more chaotic than forever

Whenever I start being productive or whatever or I get a random spike of zeal where I finally want to get my life together I usually write out a plan of how I would like to spend my day. In it would be included what time I wake up, shower, eat study and sleep and I'm always excited about the new day and to begin starting a new leaf of my life but all the time I get this feeling of existential dread. While I work I suddenly get hit with the feeling of nihilism and what's even the point of it all. Waking up in the morning at 6:00am in the morning when outside is still dark and most people for the most part are still asleep I get this feeling of.... don't really know the word for it but lifelessness. Like, just no real motivation and questioning why I'm even doing it in the first place. And it's not just then. Also when I'm in a study I'll have this feeling creep up in me and I understand that it's an irrational thought but want to find a way to get rid of it. My guess is that I have a chemical imbalance in my brain. It could be due to low stress tolerance and those who are great in the world and can do 100 hour work week like Elon Musk, Bill Gates and other such billionaires is because they don't have that but are rather better adjusted at dealing with stress.

I was just wondering if there are any books that discuss this or have similar themes and if there are any solutions to it? And talking about solutions I think writing about it here has kinda helped.

pic related is me i guess

A man forms an activist-terrorist group to advocate for the rights of the mildly unintelligent (IQ's ranging from 75 to 90). He forms a plot to suicide bomb the university of Cambridge's three largest lecture halls.

How do I know if my reading level is good enough to enjoy the canon? I find it hard to keep track of character's feelings and motivations in even anime and action movies, and the subplots about romance and people's feelings in Harry Potter bored and confused me.

Or books about people lost in their own fantasies and minds, with irreverence/disdain for the outside world and "sociality"?
Sorry in advance for the wojak; I lack any other image that would fit for the topic.
