Give me one good reason not to support feminism, /lit/?

One good reason.

/lit/ can't discuss novels without turning into a hotbed of hatred and trolling, but it can discuss philosophy like students in an upper level philosophy class. why?

I think I've figured out why all of the misogyny on /lit/ is aided by its majority female userbase. Women don't know how to talk to each other as equals, they see themselves through the way they see their relationship with men.

Of course our discussions run into trouble sometimes – we are trying to communicate with each other as humans, and this is a skill that we have never seen demonstrated. Has it ever even been proven possible? I have no idea how to talk as a human, to other humans. I’ve only been trained, since birth, how to talk as an object to potential and actual oppressors, and to other objects which are more or less pleasing to the oppressors than I. The languages I speak, the only languages I’ve ever heard spoken, are made of fear, aggression, dominance, compliance, and appeasement. We can’t know for certain if there is any other language for us to communicate in—we’ve never heard it, but we’re trying.

A thread on /adv/ got me thinking. I was going to post this there, but then I remembered that I was on /adv/.

Do you guys think women and men are the same mentally? I think women are more emotional and worse at controlling themselves. I used to work as a programmer, and I just could not handle all of the stress of working. I cried and freaked out all the time; I imagine that other women have similar stories if my friends are any indication. I'll grant that anecdotes are not evidence, but it really does seem as if men are more stoic than women. I am MUCH happier now that I don't work.
