Nah. Trad Catholics tend to like literature and people who like literature tend to flock to places where they can discuss it. Trad Catholics have been a sizeabke minority on /lit/ since at least 2014 and will continue to be.

Part of why I dislike the current Pope. The leader of the Catholic Church should be a man of inspiration to Catholics, other Christians, and those who are neither of the two. Someone who can use his great power to spread the influence of Christian thought globally and in a way that’s attractive, and not strange and cult-like.
