Women can't, women can just be fit to looks good, but they can also be regular weight without any real training and still good, or a bit chubby, it all comes down to genetics for them. If she's got a fuck ugly face, small pancake tits, and no hips, it doesn't matter how tight her abs are you fucking mouthbreather, no amount of training will make her attractive. Men don't NEED to be tall to be attractive nor have attractive faces, you just have to be worth something in another way, whether that's money or humor or charisma or indeed a hard body doesn't matter. You can actually do something about it, women can't unless they got the genetics for the foundation.
