There is no debate in nature vs nurture friend. If it’s not all nature, it’s certainly most. Look on the twin studies if you want. Look at iq heritability research. I will concede that environment can influence gene expression but still that’s on a very limited amount (twin studies again).
Also your nurture point is off also based on SAT scores and socioeconomic class. Controlling for socioeconomic class, whites outperform blacks by a huge margin (picrel).
These are few examples really.
The bottom line is that you can not civilise the average nigger.
