Not that anon but you do understand that characters play a huge role in getting readers interested in the novel in the first place. Doubly so for fantasy, which is a horribly abused dead horse.
Without characters what else is there to grab your attention?
Not a lot of people are interested in autistically detailed descriptions of magic system, cosmology or worldbuilding.
