Are there any proven methods of improving reading comprehension and retention? There are a lot of things on the net and I don't think I have time to try them all out. Also, I would just like to say that I am actually being active and have been reading a lot. I do experience some improvement in my focus and retention. But the issue is, at times if I read too much, day after day, my focus and comprehension skills actually go down funny enough.
Was wondering if there were any specific exercises I could use to help improve this skill.
