He does not call himself an anarchist and is not a liberal though, be it classical, or neo or neoclassical or whatever. He, unlike anarcho-socialists or whatever they call themselves now, recognizes that the fundamental institutions of society are private property, the division of labor, the free exchange of goods and services and the family unit - none of those rely on the state to be "enforced", in fact all of them are under constant attack by the state - its precisely the utopian shit that "anarchists" want that needs to be provided by a dictatorial state. Also, he has previously written on banks and not in the best light ;^)
