It does matter, healthiness is highly correlated to atttactiveness though wouldn't you think. A healthy diet and regualr excercise would give anyone a more attractive look.
I just hate the dejected sad "genetic lottery" type that blame women for their failure to get laid, goddamn take some responsibility, make yourself more desirable.
If anything that one study shows that looks really don't matter that much since women think men are average looking on average lmao.
