Are there any other bits of fantasy literature like the Silmarillion? Fantasy history written with both in universe context and style? Either on it's own or as part of an already existing universe. I fucking love that fake bible shit.

I'm pretty sure I've always been aware of my being a hack but I probably didn't see my intelligence as being ingenuine until I got BTFO by and upper level Mathematics class (Real Analysis if anyone is wondering)

My mom likes Audible but our tastes are very different as she's more into self-help/Girl on the Train type stuff and didn't like Blood Meridian.
