Does a more brutal essay exist?

Which one of you fucks told me to read him? Hardly understood some points in the essay but nonetheless the message got through. Now I can't help but feel existential dread anytime I have time to think any second of idleness is shadowed with this feeling. Regardless I need to read more, is the 'Better to have never been' book that constantly gets shilled on here any good?
