Try in to bring up MY opinions or MY argument is ad hominem. Non-hominem would be simply disputing the argument itself independent of the thinker. I will speak of you because that seems to be the level that WE have stooped to.

You have failed to accurately argue against anything brought against you.

Not like it matters anyways. You are just a nonexistent spook and your posts are just spooky bait. prove me wrong pro tip you Kant

If this was /lit/ one year ago we would not even have to argue with "progressive dumblers" over autistic shit such as gender/sex and their transdegeneracy.
Those were the days when this board was not contaminated by this peak of progress.

I wasn't sure which board this would fit under, so i decided /lit/ would have the best comprehension of philosophy.

Before we begin: I'm on the collegiate debate circuit in policy debate, and if you've ever been a part of competitive debate, you know the new found importance philosophy is making in the form of the kritik (Yes, critique spelled with K's).

Kritiks usually combat things from an abstract method (I;E saying the topic of the debate forwards the cause of capitalism, the commodification of suffering, micropolitical repression... etc.)

BUT, debate has become obsessed with solely french philosophers with the exclusion of Kant, Nietzsche, etc. The names of Deleuze and Guattari, Bataille, Schlag, etc. are so common in debate you would almost believe that no other critical philosophies exist.

So I come to you for help /lit/, do you know any philosophy (Preferably not too well-known, but well-known authors will work fine) that can be applied to argumentation within debate?

Things that say focus on:
-Governmental Action
-Policy making process
-State control
-Biopower
-Obsession with death

Or anything related to that matter?

(Bonus points for philosophy with heavy Ocean metaphors or directly dealing with the oceans, as that's the upcoming topic of discussion.)

Thanks!
