>the actual non ironic genuine economic criticisms of marxism are actually pretty shit.
No, they're actually the best criticisms of Marxism, since his understanding of economics is by far the most outdated by modern standards, unlike his sociology or anthropology. Saying that he 'knew his shit' because he wrote 800 pages doesnt is bullcrap and not just because no modern commie even reads Capital anyway. Thomas of Aquinas wrote 1000 pages on Trinitarian Christianity, but plenty of people have made very valid and fundamental criticisms of it nonetheless.

The biggest point of criticism is Marx' positive contributions, which are very lacking and almost nothing compared to the mountains of critiques he made. Yet when someone asks Marx 'what shall we do then?', he comes up with bullshit ideas that are unironically on the level of your average teenage pothead philosopher. Like a voucher system that magically wont turn into currency, even though humans have used everything as currency. Come the fuck on, Karl.

Besides the fact that she's a woman and therefore obviously weak and frail, there is some truth to the fact that mindfullness can be harmful, and the Buddha himself even warned of this. During meditation, we can encounter zones of extreme negative emotions, such as anxiety, depression, despair, anger, etc., which threaten to consume the practitioner. The state of silence that is reached during mindfullness allows one ot gaze into the soul as if one were to gaze into a mirror; if your soul is in turmoil or severely out of balance (which is very likely in western women), then looking at it can be downright terrifying. Yet during this 'long night' of meditations, these emotions must at first be confronted (not shunned) and ultimately overcome and transcended. If not, then they will just fester and manifest in other ways. Of course the average roastie whore will find this horrible, since she has avoided all negative emotions all her life, either by blaming others for them or by convincing her female mind that these negative emotions are actually justified.

A list of my thoughts :

This is what I'm talking about, the inability to understand basic and rudimentary posts and instant offense on insult because he sees a post that doesn't automatically spout that Jews should all die and they need to be gassed. This is the exact post that my reply was about, showing the inability to articulate coherency, ability, nuance or tact. You are nothing but a buzzword spewing shitposter who has infested the site with obnoxious rhetoric that would be favorable to people if put in a coherent or intelligent way, but is extensively off-putting because such a lowly animal is screaming at the top of his lungs about Jews. You have ruined everything /pol/ once was, I bet you think that Blacked threads and five word OPs were the baseline and blood of what /pol/ once was. You're nothing but a shitposter, and it's why I and many others migrated here to escape you mentally handicapped rebbitors and facebook retards. Your ilk ruined the entirety of /pol/s reputation. Thank fucking God you haven't found (rescinded), I would track your IP and shoot you myself if that were t

Took an immense amount of time to write it. The anon is an autist. He's also clearly new himself, since 4chan has always been shit.

keep repeating the word mind though when you mean entire being. and then just stop there, since you've never studied any scientific field in your entire life you can't actually address or understand what i am talking about (remember you're still stuck in a false separation you've imposed on your own identity between yourself and yourself, how can you even begin to understand the lack of separation between you and others or humans and their environment?).... so the other stuff i wrote went over your head, sorry i mean mind.

I'm looking for books on polemics, or works of polemics themselves. Aggressive takedowns and criticisms that were so rigorous or hurtful, or perhaps just beautifully written that they made their targets shrivel up and cry.

I know Chomsky was good at this, especially early on in his linguistics career, but i don't know what letters/works of his are particulary inflammatory. I also know that Bertrand Russell got criticism that hurt him so deeply that he considered killing himself, although he always pussied out.

Pic unrelated, it's my cat.

Post your controversial/uncommon opinions.

>Jacques Ellul was the best French philosopher of the 20th century by a mile
>I'm convinced that parts of Hegel's texts are just gibberish generated by a machine.
>Anyone who cherishes hope in any modern religion as a source of "Traditionalism" is a fool
>The Quran is incredibly poorly written, repetitive, and has very little aesthetic value.
