Hearts with one purpose alone
Through summer and winter seem
Enchanted to a stone
To trouble the living stream.
The horse that comes from the road,
The rider, the birds that range
From cloud to tumbling cloud,
Minute by minute they change;
A shadow of cloud on the stream
Changes minute by minute;
A horse-hoof slides on the brim,
And a horse plashes within it;
The long-legged moor-hens dive,
And hens to moor-cocks call;
Minute by minute they live:
The stone’s in the midst of all.

Precisely. There is something intoxicating about Aristotle and his approach to knowledge. To think that he preemptively approached knowledge like a computer scientist via categories etc is enthralling. Even with his literary knowledge, I've grown more appreciative of the distinctions in his approach. I believe, thinking begins and ends with him but, at the same time, Platon is untouchable, in that all subsequent philosophy tries to expand on his thinking. Thank you for the response. It has attracted my mind :3

I'm a pro pick up artist. Recently I came to conclusion, that emotional attachment builds up quickly because relationships play out in the head. Basically, men and women imagine mutual history and get emotionally attached to each other very quickly. Is there any work on how to induce these kinds imagining? Obviously, flirting does it to some degree, but I hope to find something more structured and deeper.

I'm a pua and writing a handbook on how to build a healthy long term relationship. In my "practical theory" relationships between men and women develop in three directions at the same time:
>Economical(Value)
>Intimate
>Emotional

Each has different phases and you need to be aware of them to act accordingly. To have a healthy long term relationship you need to maintain all three of those at good levels. Now, current pua books and works focus on the first two. I deal with those in my book too, but that's not the subject of this thread. In the second part of my book I focus on emotional attachment. That's where I need some of your input.

The initial reason I started thinking about emotional attachment is that at some point I realized I can't fuck some girls without developing emotional attachment first. Not every girl is falling for ONS, there are some women who are ready and want to fuck, but require some sort of rapport beforehand. And those are actually nice, honest, humane girls, the ones we, men, tend to like and desire more than hoes. I started observing, discussing with fellow pua guys and taking notes. Here is how I see it. Emotional attachment requires four things:
>High value in each other's eyes
>Mutual sympathy
>Mutual empathy
>Common experience

I break down them conceptually and give basic instructions on what to do at different phases of a relationship. I tested them out, and my concepts work. I'm pretty sure I can develop rapport with most women. However there is one problem, one phenomenon that seems to jump over all of those "requirements". That phenomenon is "love at first sight". Basically, some couples develop extreme emotional attachment in just couple of days, when in theory it should require much longer time, and I can't really explain it conceptually. Initially, I thought that they have extremely high value in each other's eyes, but with some thought on it, I rejected it, because it happens to people who can't have very high value too. Another thought, was that, those people might be lonely and desiring for a new relationship, but that shouldn't be true too. People in relationships, and have good circle of friends and family also happen to fallen in love at the first sight. In fact, probably the opposite is true. Positive people, with a healthy mindset, are more likely to experience it... Anyway, I need some books, essays and ideas on "love at the first sight" and emotional attachment in general. I want to understand it conceptually, so that I can learn how to induce it. Hope, you guys can help me.
