You stopped reading for the same reason 90% of men stop reading. They develop a sex drive. Then they reinforce it through indulging it with porn and sex. This depletes any motivation and wherewithal for reading. In my experience, the only people who read unless they're forced to are those on drugs like stimulants or SSRIs or anti androgens. Otherwise they're usually religious or didn't have access to porn as a teenager. That aside, most men prefer masturbating or sex to reading even thought it isn't useful and you can't do anything with it aside from creating a kid.
