Voyage to Arcturus.
I got it after helping a hippie grandma move. It's actually a pretty good transcendental fantasy work. Shame it tanked at first.
She also just gave me a box of Rex Stout novels.

Also reading through this. Sad it sold so little. It tackles metaphysical descriptors and explores various philosophies really well for a fun read. The Gnostic allusions the author unintentionally provokes actually reinforce the fantastical elements (names and places) with sincerity, as opposed to being intended plug-ins.

So, it's been a long time since I've read this, and I still think about it all the time. I don't quite understand it, mainly the ending, but it still blows me away. It also seems right up /lit/'s alley.
