I don't understand how somebody can have such a large experience in the academic field, reach the age of sixty, be able to meet and engage in discussions with truly brilliant minds and still be stuck with the interpretations and philosophical understanding of a high schooler. I ask this without any intention of trolling : How does somebody end up like that ?
