Don't describe the voice directly unless its a thought occuring because the main character has become conciously aware of it. Use word choice in dialogue such that the voice can't be imagined any other way.

Easy example is something like the way a butler talks; don't say 'his voice was formal', but add lots of 'sir's, 'master's, and 'certainly's to his sentences.

Describe her as young, then make her say 'Of course, darling.' Won't be exactly what you want, but consider the effect that adding 'darling' to the end of the sentence has when the reader tries to imagine her voice. You should consider trying to achieve it with this kind of method instead of outright stating it.
