There are two main types of LitRPG writers:

1. Older, 35-40 nerds, mostly ex-military that are currently fathers with free time. Boomer humor, the weakest writing you can imagine that's still acceptable, big focus on shitty MMO mechanics.

2. Young zoomers and people in their 20s, extreme variety of styles, systems and influences, although the anime cancer and its isekai branch is unfortunately a not-insignificant part of it at this point.

The best LitRPGs are those inspired by DnD or other TTRPGs, big a solid spin on things, enjoyable character progression and actual plot worth reading, i.e. The Wandering Inn, Dungeon Crawler Carl or Worth the Candle (all of which are outside of typical types of webnovels or LitRPGs because talented authors always break the mold).

Half of the stories shown in the OP's picrel are shit. Life Reset series is decent, Ritualist is supposedly good and shilled often, though I haven't read it. 'The Land' is shit and basically abandoned, the first grade example of type 1. LitRPG. Everybody Loves Large Chests is edgy and weak. Way of the Shaman goes off the rails fast and loses all that made it good. I didn't read the others so I cannot speak on them.

Picrel the recommendation chart.
