Still the mind till its calm and sharp there are many tools find the one you like

Then you put your awareness on the heart and feel it open it up
You will begin to feel more love it is not romantic love but a divine love from the source,creator that fills your inner cup with meaning and joy.
Romantic love is just a weaker subgroup of this love and once you have the primary the secondary(romantic) is even more potent.

I have tried xanax but i do see the appeal it just makes me hazy not pleasant it is going below thought not beyond.
