Can one be a philosopher focusing exclusively on the Classics? or do you need to at least read everything else (even if not an expert)?
I just cannot read anything modern, especially XX century. It's like a gag reflex
Classic philosophy is so harmonious and simple compared to modern philosophy. Latin and Greek languages are so beautiful as well

You're not saving his Christianity. You're more likely to find him on-top of a mountain pouring libations to the rising Sun and carving intricate idols of holy gods if you keep recommending divine Plato like this.
